If you’re just starting out your fitness journey, have been consistently training for some time or you are wanting to ramp up your training.. then these classes will be perfect for you. These group training circuit style classes will ensure you’re working to YOUR optimal level safely using correct technique. The classes will consist of body weight resistance style exercises, additional weight training, cardiovascular training and box fit. We will work on burning fat, muscle tone and increased endurance. The classes will be different week to week. So come along and sweat it out, listen to some sick bests and train with some absolute legends.
