Do I have unlimited access to the program?
Yes, when you purchase the program, it is yours forever. You must download the files (PDF) directly to your device (computer and mobile) as soon as possible. Once downloaded to your device, you can access the program whenever you like.
What you’ll need
To optimise your workouts I have included a few staple pieces of gym equipment (dumbbells, skipping rope, resistance band, step/bench), though this equipment will help to intensify your workout level they’re not necessary and all exercises can be completed without if you’d prefer.

The style of workouts included in the 8 Week Mind & Body Journey consists of total body HIIT, lower and upper body burners, box fit & stretching. They’re fun, versatile and can be modified to suit most levels of fitness and fit into even the busiest schedules.
How to download
Once you have purchased your eBook you will receive the download links straight away on the order confirmation page. You will also receive the links in your order confirmation email. There are 3 ebooks to download, the Mind & Body Journey ebook, the Mind & Body Workouts ebook and the Templates ebook. Please ensure you download your ebooks within 3 days of placing your order as your links will expire following this. To download, simply click on the link to open and then make sure you then download it to your device (for Apple users I would recommend downloading to iBooks) then from here you can complete the program off your device and/or print a copy to complete all of the goal setting tasks. How long is each workout
Each workout varies in length, however all workouts can be completed in under 1 hour, some are as short as 20mins. At the end of the workouts section of the book are a bunch of mini workouts which are perfect for if you’re really time poor, or if you’re wanting to add extra onto your workouts.

Access to the 8 Week Mind & Body Journey Facebook Forum is included in your purchase. From here, you will come together with other like minded and inspiring women. You will complete your program with myself and this amazing community. I will provide tips, challenges and filmed (sometimes live) workouts weekly to help keep you motivated and guide you throughout your journey. You will find the link to access this forum in your ebook, I will also send this out to you via email in your welcome email.
